What is Scrum?
Scrum is an Agile framework designed to help teams manage complex projects by breaking down work into small, manageable tasks that can be completed within short, iterative cycles called sprints. Each sprint typically lasts between 1 to 4 weeks, allowing teams to deliver incremental progress while continuously refining their work based on feedback and reviews.
The Scrum process is highly collaborative, involving roles such as the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and the Development Team. Regular ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, are integral to the framework. These meetings ensure transparency, foster continuous improvement, and keep the project aligned with the overall goals
